To participate in FCR, you must meet the minimum age required by YouTube and Discord (typically 13+). If you are under the legal age of majority in your region, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Community Conduct Requirements

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, all users must follow these rules:

4.1 Respectful Behavior

• No harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse.
• No hate speech or discriminatory behavior.
• No NSFW, explicit, or inappropriate content.
• No encouraging self-harm or violence.

4.2 Platform Integrity

• No spamming, advertising, or self-promotion without permission.
• No impersonation of FCR staff or members.
• No sharing harmful, misleading, or malicious content.
• No attempts to disrupt or exploit FCR systems.

4.3 Game Integrity

• No cheating, hacking, exploiting, or unauthorized modifications.
• No sabotaging events or intentionally disrupting gameplay.
• No win-trading, boosting, or unfair competitive behavior.

5. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All FCR branding, logos, videos, graphics, website content, and digital assets are the exclusive property of FCR unless otherwise stated.

5.1 FCR-Owned Content

• You may not reupload FCR videos.
• You may not copy or modify FCR branding.
• You may not use FCR assets for commercial purposes.
• You may not claim FCR content as your own.

5.2 Fan Content

You retain ownership of fan-made content (art, edits, clips). By sharing it with FCR, you grant us permission to repost, showcase, or feature it with credit unless you request otherwise.

6. Copyright & Reporting Infringement

If you see any content, channel, group, or website copying or impersonating FCR, report it immediately to:

7. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You are responsible for any content you submit. You may not upload copyrighted material you do not own, harmful files, NSFW content, or personal information belonging to others.

7.1 Moderation Rights

FCR reserves the right to remove or edit UGC, restrict or ban users, or disable features for safety reasons. Moderation decisions are final.

8. Privacy & Data Handling

FCR does not collect personal information beyond what is voluntarily shared. We do not sell or distribute user data. Public messages and usernames may be visible to others.

9. Events, Giveaways & Competitions

By participating in FCR events, you agree to follow event rules and accept staff decisions. Prizes are delivered as described; no cash alternatives unless stated.

10. Website & Service Modifications

FCR may update, change, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Continued use of FCR services means you accept any updated Terms.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

FCR is not responsible for data loss, account issues, platform outages, damages caused by other users, or issues caused by third-party platforms. You use FCR services at your own risk.
